1st Semester Group and Private Classes
ECA Program
We are excited to welcome our students to another season of the ECA Program at ACS Calvert! We look forward to offering students the opportunity to explore their interests, learn new skills, stay active, and enjoy time with their classmates outside of the regular school day.

Group Activities
Sign-up for group activities will be completed online.
Please read the schedule above carefully before signing up to make sure that the activities you select do not overlap. Please note that some activities meet twice a week, while others meet once a week.
Private Classes
(Instrument/Singing Lessons)
For private lessons, you may contact the instructors directly to sign up for an available time slot. Their contact information can be found in the “Instructor Profiles” section.
Private lesson fees cover 16 classes and vary by selected lesson duration: 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Sign-up procedures
If you are interested in signing your child up for the ECA Program, please review the following important information:
Sign-Up Deadline: Tuesday, August 18. Please submit one form per child.
Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent on Wednesday, August 19, including your child’s activity placement and payment details.
Please note that activities have minimum and maximum enrollment requirements and may be canceled if the minimum enrollment is not met.Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed by Friday, August 21.
Start Date: Activities will begin on Monday, August 24.

Payments
Uniforms for new students participating in Soccer, Cheerleading, or Gymnastics will have an additional cost of Bs. 190, to be paid at the time of registration.
ACS Rules and Regulations
Important ECA Program Information.
The ECA Program will follow the ACS Calvert calendar. On days when school is not in session, there will be no activities.
All payments must be made at the beginning of the season.
Students must be picked up promptly at the end of their scheduled activities.
School supervision is not available before or after any scheduled class.
One adult must accompany students participating in soccer and swimming for PK1–PK2, as well as swimming for KG–2nd Grade.
If a student is absent from school due to illness, they may not participate in any scheduled activities that day.
The ECA Program follows the Second Step Program, used at ACS Calvert for classroom management and discipline.
Instructors will refer any student-related concerns or behavioral issues to the ACS Extracurricular Coordinator.
Instructors receive SFA/CPR/AED training and are given instructions to follow in the case of an emergency.
Instructors receive Child Protection Training.

In order to enter campus, all parents must read and submit the ECA Code of Conduct form.
Please note that parents may not enter campus before 3:20 p.m. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our campus safe and organized for students.
