Yes, we kindly ask all families to submit the form for any absence, even if it’s just a day. This allows us to maintain proper attendance records and provide support as needed.

A medical note is only required for extended absences (more than 2 days) or if the student will miss important evaluations. If available, you can upload it directly through the form.

We strongly encourage submitting the request before or on the same day of the absence. However, if you’re informing us afterward, the form still helps us update records accordingly.

If it’s urgent or related to your child’s health or well-being, please contact the school office directly by phone or email in addition to submitting the form.
